Baseline was founded in May 2013 after its founders 25 year career in surveying and management services to  large Groundwork Contractors.

Initially the intention was to focus on the surveying side of the industry after becoming frustrated with the demise of efficient hired in site engineers.

Within a short space of time, it became apparent that Contractors requiring technical services were over-relying on Agency and Temporary workers that were not providing a good standard of work.

 

It was decided that Baseline be expanded to offer fully managed and resourced sub-contract services.

In 2016, Baseline became CHAS accredited and commenced working directly to larger Main Contractors in addition to continuing our sub-contract service.
